Project Details
After discussing the solution, the customer finally ordered a plastic bottle washing line with 500kg/h. The color of the machine is green and the voltage of the machine needs to be changed. We customized the machine according to the customer’s requirements.
The equipment of the whole plastic bottle washing line includes all kinds of conveyors, a PET bottle label remover, a PET crusher machine, two washing tanks, a PET flakes hot washing machine, a friction washing machine, a dewatering machine, and so on.
In addition to this, there are additional accessories such as shredder blades, screens, de-labeler blades, dehydrator screens, rubbing plates for friction washers, and more.
