Application of the Tyre Bead Cutting Machine
This tire sidewall cutter is used for cutting the bead and sidewall part of car tires, truck tires, and OTR tires (650-1200 mm diameter). It is suitable for both nylon and steel radial tires. The cutting process only takes about 3 minutes per tire, which greatly improves efficiency in tire recycling plants.
Tire Sidewall Cutter Working Principle
Place the waste tire securely on the rotating table, lower the alloy cutting blade with the control lever to cut into the sidewall, and let the rotating table drive the tire to rotate. The blade follows its track to smoothly cut off the entire sidewall. After cutting, raise the blade and remove the separated sidewall and tire body. The whole process can be completed in about one minute.
