Plastic Bottle Recycling Plant installed in South Sudan

A successful collaboration between our company and a client in South Sudan has led to the installation of a plastic bottle recycling plant. The client, who operates a purified water and beer production facility, faced a challenge with the accumulation of a significant number of PET bottles.

To address this issue and promote resource reuse, the client decided to recycle these discarded bottles into regenerated PET flakes, which could then be pelletized and used for bottle production. Below is a picture of the customer’s factory.

Information on The PET Bottle Recycling Project

After understanding the client’s specific needs, we held detailed discussions to design a tailor-made recycling solution. Considering the customer’s production capacity, the available space in the plant is limited. We carefully planned the machine configuration as well as the direction of the plastic bottle recycling plant. The following is the basic information of the project.

  • Waste type: discarded PET bottles of pure water and beer bottles;
  • End product: PET pellets;
  • End product use: blow molding;
  • Equipment configuration: 500kg/h PET washing line, 3-4 tons per day PET bottle flake pelletizing line;
  • Installation: On-site assistance.

Installation And Operation Of Plastic Bottle Recycling Plant

Under the guidance of our engineers, the PET bottle flake pelletizing line and PET flakes pelletizing machine were installed smoothly and have been successfully put into operation.

Feedback from the customer is that the system is working well, enabling them to recycle PET bottles efficiently and produce high-quality PET pellets. Below is a video of the equipment in operation.
