- Rubber Powder: Standard fineness ranges from 10 to 40 mesh (the higher the mesh number, the finer the powder); can be refined to 60 mesh upon request

Core Equipment of Rubber Powder Production Line
Tire Debeader
Used to extract the steel wires from the sidewalls of waste tires, making subsequent cutting and shredding easier while reducing wear on other equipment.
Tire Cutting Machine
Cut waste tyres into three pieces that are easy to handle and improve shredding efficiency.
Tire Cutter and Steel Ring Remover
The outer bead of the tyre (including the steel wire ring) is removed and the carcass is cut off, completing two pre-treatment processes in one machine.
Tire Wire Removal Machine
Separation of steel wires in the outer rim of the tyre, recycling of metals, and improvement of the purity of the rubber powder.
Tire Shredding Machine
Shreds whole tires or tire blocks into smaller rubber chips, serving as a key step before fine grinding.
Rubber Powder Mill
Further grinds rubber granules into fine rubber powder, according to the desired mesh size. This step involves magnetic separation to remove fine wire.
Fiber Separator
Uses air separation methods to remove nylon fibers and other light impurities from the rubber powder, enhancing final product purity.
