Working Principle of Foam Crushing Machine
The styrofoam shredder machine utilizes internal high-speed rotating blades or knife wheels to shear and crush the waste foam products, breaking them into small pieces. These small pieces of foam can be convenient for subsequent foam granulation or reuse.
The outlet of the foam crusher is connected to a pipe, and a fan blows the crushed foam to a hopper, which is further connected to a granulator or EPS foam densifier.
