Recently, a customer from Suriname ordered two plastic foam granulators from our company for recycling and processing EPE and EPS foam materials. Due to the different materials and processing techniques, these two materials need to be pelletized with special EPE pelletizers and EPS granulators, and the output of the equipment ranges from 150 kg/h to 200 kg/h.
Specialized Equipment To Meet Different Needs
Due to the significant difference in material and processing process between EPE and EPS, we provide customers with specialized plastic foam granulators. EPE material is softer, customers do not need to crush it in advance, гранулятор ЭПЭ comes with a feeding device that can directly feed the material into the pelletizer for processing. This design simplifies the production process and improves the working efficiency.
While EPS is usually larger, it needs to be crushed into small pieces by an EPS foam shredder first, and then into the granulator for granulation. The reasonable configuration of this series of equipment ensures that customers can efficiently process different types of foam materials.
