Working Principle of Hydraulic Baling Press
The working principle of the plastic baling machine is to use the high pressure generated by the hydraulic system to compress the waste materials into tight bundles. The specific process is as follows:
1, Feeding: Put the materials to be baled (such as plastic bottles, waste cardboard, etc.) into the compression chamber of the baler machine.
2, Hydraulic compression: Start the hydraulic system, the hydraulic cylinder pushes the pressure plate downward (or forward), exerting pressure on the material and compressing it into a high-density bale.
