Devido aos diferentes materiais e t\u00e9cnicas de processamento, esses dois materiais precisam ser peletizados com peletizadores EPE especiais e granuladores EPS, e a produ\u00e7\u00e3o do equipamento varia de 150 kg\/h a 200 kg\/h.<\/p>    <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Equipamentos especializados para atender diferentes necessidades<\/h2>    <p class=\"translation-block\">Devido \u00e0 diferen\u00e7a significativa no material e no processo de processamento entre EPE e EPS, fornecemos aos clientes granuladores de espuma pl\u00e1stica especializados. O material EPE \u00e9 mais macio, os clientes n\u00e3o precisam tritur\u00e1-lo antecipadamente, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/recyclingmachines.org\/pt\/epe-pelletizer-machine-for-sale\/\">o pelletizer EPE<\/a><\/strong> vem com um dispositivo de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o que pode alimentar diretamente o material no pelletizer para processamento. Este design simplifica o processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o e melhora a efici\u00eancia do trabalho.<\/p>    <p class=\"translation-block\">Enquanto o EPS \u00e9 geralmente maior, ele precisa ser triturado em peda\u00e7os pequenos por um <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/recyclingmachines.org\/pt\/foam-crushing-machine\/\">triturador de espuma EPS<\/a><\/strong> primeiro, e depois para o granulador para granula\u00e7\u00e3o.
