{"id":1987,"date":"2023-09-21T17:26:36","date_gmt":"2023-09-21T09:26:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recyclingmachines.org\/?p=1987"},"modified":"2024-12-02T09:30:49","modified_gmt":"2024-12-02T01:30:49","slug":"eps-foam-granulation-line","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recyclingmachines.org\/pt\/eps-foam-granulation-line\/","title":{"rendered":"Linha de granula\u00e7\u00e3o de espuma EPS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A linha de granula\u00e7\u00e3o de espuma EPS consiste em cinco m\u00e1quinas principais: triturador de espuma pl\u00e1stica, extrusora de espuma pl\u00e1stica, tanque de resfriamento, m\u00e1quina de corte de pellets EPS e caixa de armazenamento. \u00c9 uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o de pl\u00e1stico projetada para reciclagem de espuma EPS e o produto final s\u00e3o pellets de pl\u00e1stico com capacidade de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de 100-500 kg por hora.<\/p>    <p>O processo de pelotiza\u00e7\u00e3o do EPE \u00e9 um pouco diferente do EPS, que apresentaremos detalhadamente a seguir.<\/p>    <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quais espumas podem ser peletizadas?<\/h2>    <p>V\u00e1rios tipos de materiais de espuma podem ser peletizados, incluindo poliestireno expandido (EPS), polipropileno expandido (EPP) e polietileno expandido (EPE). Finalmente, as pelotas de pl\u00e1stico s\u00e3o carregadas no <a href=\"https:\/\/recyclingmachines.org\/pt\/poly-pellets-storage-container\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1783\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bin de armazenamento<\/a>.<\/p> <\/div><\/div>    <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Processo de pelotiza\u00e7\u00e3o de espuma EPE<\/h2>    <p>Ao contr\u00e1rio da granula\u00e7\u00e3o EPS, o material EPE pode ir diretamente para o peletizador, isso ocorre porque o material EPE \u00e9 mais macio e a m\u00e1quina de gr\u00e2nulos de espuma EPE vem com um dispositivo de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o para tritur\u00e1-lo. Este tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 um grande problema na reciclagem de espuma EPS. Para resolver este problema, recomendamos a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de um compactador de espuma especializado.
