The customer already has a rubber powder production line in India and wanted to add a fiber separation process to improve the quality of the finished rubber powder. After checking the customer&#8217;s actual material and discussing the required conveying method, we prepared a customized machine for this project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">An Existing Rubber Powder Production Line<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer is already engaged in rubber powder production and has a complete processing system in India. During their production process, the rubber powder still contains nylon fiber after grinding and screening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since the customer wanted to further separate the fiber from the rubber powder, they were looking for a suitable machine that could be connected with their existing equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Instead of simply recommending a standard model, we first asked the customer to provide information about the actual material. The customer showed us their rubber powder containing nylon fiber, allowing our technical team to understand the material condition before confirming the equipment solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Testing the Customer&#8217;s Own Rubber Powder<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Material characteristics can vary between different rubber recycling projects. The size of the rubber powder, fiber content, and previous processing methods can all affect the separation process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For this reason, we support customers in sending their own raw materials to our factory for testing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After receiving the material, our technicians can run the fiber separator machine and record the separation results for the customer. However, the Indian customer wanted to use a blower and pipeline to move the material instead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer&#8217;s requirement was related to the layout and conveying method of their existing production line. After the production and inspection stages were completed, the machine was prepared for container loading and transportation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The equipment will be sent to the customer&#8217;s location in India and integrated into their existing rubber powder production process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This project also demonstrates that the conveying system of a fiber separation machine does not always have to follow the standard configuration.
