Il est largement appliqu\u00e9 dans le traitement de la paraffine et les industries chimiques connexes. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un processus continu de granulation et de refroidissement, les mat\u00e9riaux liquides sont transform\u00e9s en particules h\u00e9misph\u00e9riques, ce qui facilite leur stockage, leur transport et leur traitement ult\u00e9rieur.<\/p>    <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vue d\u2019ensemble de l\u2019\u00e9quipement<\/h2>    <p>Le pastillateur de cire paraffine (\u00e9galement appel\u00e9 machine de granulation de cire paraffine ou granulateur de paraffine) est con\u00e7u pour transformer des mat\u00e9riaux fondables en granules solides. cire<\/h2>    <p>La ligne de granulation de cire op\u00e8re selon un processus continu de chauffage, de transport, de granulation et de refroidissement :<\/p>    <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Chauffage et m\u00e9lange<\/h3>    <p>Les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res sont chauff\u00e9es et fondues dans un r\u00e9servoir de m\u00e9lange. Des colorants ou additifs peuvent \u00eatre ajout\u00e9s \u00e0 ce stade selon les exigences du client pour une production personnalis\u00e9e.<\/p>    <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Transport isol\u00e9<\/h3>    <p>Le mat\u00e9riau fondu est transport\u00e9 vers le syst\u00e8me de granulation \u00e0 travers des tuyaux. Un chauffe-huile thermique maintient la temp\u00e9rature pour emp\u00eacher la solidification lors du transfert.<\/p>    <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Granulation<\/h3>    <p>Le mat\u00e9riau liquide est r\u00e9parti uniform\u00e9ment sur le pastillateur de cire paraffine, formant des granul\u00e9s uniformes et hemisph\u00e9riques.<\/p>    <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
