Les principaux facteurs affectant la qualit\u00e9 de la plastification sont : le rapport L\/D de la vis, la vitesse de la vis, la temp\u00e9rature de chauffage du canon, etc.<\/p>    <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rapport L\/D de vis de machine d'extrudeuse de granul\u00e9s en plastique<\/h2>    <p>Le rapport L\/D des vis est un facteur important affectant les performances de plastification des machines de fabrication de granul\u00e9s plastiques. Ceci est directement li\u00e9 au traitement du plastique \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de la vis. Les plastiques ayant une meilleure stabilit\u00e9 thermique peuvent utiliser des vis plus longues pour am\u00e9liorer les performances de m\u00e9lange sans br\u00fbler. Cependant, une temp\u00e9rature trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e dans une machine de granulation de plastique peut augmenter la consommation d'\u00e9nergie.
