Aujourd'hui, nous pr\u00e9senterons ces trois types de t\u00eates de fili\u00e8re pour les machines de fabrication de granul\u00e9s.<\/p>    <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">T\u00eate de fili\u00e8re \u00e0 engrenages \u00e9lectriques<\/h2>    <p>La t\u00eate de fili\u00e8re \u00e0 engrenages \u00e9lectriques est entra\u00een\u00e9e par un moteur \u00e9lectrique et r\u00e9alise le processus d'extrusion et de granulation des plastiques via une transmission \u00e0 engrenages. Ce type de t\u00eate de fili\u00e8re convient \u00e0 certains travaux de machine de granulation de recyclage de d\u00e9chets plastiques \u00e0 production relativement faible. Des \u00e9l\u00e9ments tels que des pistons ou des vis sont entra\u00een\u00e9s par des fluides \u00e0 haute pression pour extruder du plastique. Ce type de t\u00eate de matrice d'extrudeuse \u00e0 granul\u00e9s est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9 pour traiter des mat\u00e9riaux plastiques ayant une haute viscosit\u00e9 et une haute temp\u00e9rature. Le risque de colmatage est r\u00e9duit gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la conception sp\u00e9ciale de la t\u00eate de d\u00e9charge de scories sans maillage. Cette t\u00eate de matrice est adapt\u00e9e au traitement de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res contenant un grand nombre d'impuret\u00e9s. En m\u00eame temps, la t\u00eate de d\u00e9charge de scories sans maillage ne n\u00e9cessite pas de nettoyage fr\u00e9quent.
