Il s'agit d'une solution plastique con\u00e7ue pour le recyclage de la mousse EPS et le produit final est constitu\u00e9 de granul\u00e9s de plastique d'une capacit\u00e9 de production de 100 \u00e0 500 kg par heure.<\/p>    <p>Le processus de granulation de l\u2019EPE est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement diff\u00e9rent de l\u2019EPS, que nous vous pr\u00e9senterons en d\u00e9tail ensuite.<\/p>    <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelles mousses peuvent \u00eatre granul\u00e9es ?<\/h2>    <p>Diff\u00e9rents types de mat\u00e9riaux en mousse peuvent \u00eatre granul\u00e9s, notamment le polystyr\u00e8ne expans\u00e9 (EPS), le polypropyl\u00e8ne expans\u00e9 (EPP) et le poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne expans\u00e9 (EPE). En raison de la grande taille de la mousse EPS, elle doit d'abord \u00eatre \u00e9cras\u00e9e pour entrer dans le granulateur. Enfin, les granul\u00e9s de plastique sont charg\u00e9s dans le <a href=\"https:\/\/recyclingmachines.org\/fr\/poly-pellets-storage-container\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1783\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">conteneur de stockage<\/a>.<\/p> <\/div><\/div>    <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Processus de pelletisation de mousse EPE<\/h2>    <p>Contrairement \u00e0 la granulation EPS, le mat\u00e9riau EPE peut aller directement dans le granulateur, car le mat\u00e9riau EPE est plus doux et la machine \u00e0 granul\u00e9s de mousse EPE est livr\u00e9e avec un dispositif d'alimentation pour le d\u00e9chiqueter. C'est \u00e9galement un probl\u00e8me majeur dans le recyclage de la mousse EPS. Pour r\u00e9soudre ce probl\u00e8me, nous recommandons l\u2019utilisation d\u2019un compacteur de mousse sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9.
