El humo proviene de un proceso f\u00edsico y no de una reacci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica en el propio pl\u00e1stico. La mayor\u00eda de los pl\u00e1sticos no tienen olor irritante.<\/p>    <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Composici\u00f3n y fuentes del humo.<\/h2>    <p>El humo se compone principalmente de vapor de agua que se evapora de los pl\u00e1sticos cuando se calientan y de gases coloreados liberados por la combusti\u00f3n de los pl\u00e1sticos o de las impurezas que contienen cuando se calientan. Aunque la mayor\u00eda de los pl\u00e1sticos en s\u00ed mismos no producen un olor irritante al quemarse.
