Hoy presentaremos estos tres tipos de cabezales de troquel para m\u00e1quinas de fabricaci\u00f3n de gr\u00e1nulos.<\/p>    <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cabezal de matriz de engranajes el\u00e9ctricos<\/h2>    <p>El cabezal de matriz de engranajes el\u00e9ctricos es impulsado por un motor el\u00e9ctrico y realiza el proceso de extrusi\u00f3n y peletizaci\u00f3n de pl\u00e1sticos a trav\u00e9s de transmisi\u00f3n de engranajes. Este tipo de cabezal de troquel es adecuado para algunos trabajos de m\u00e1quinas peletizadoras de reciclaje de residuos de pl\u00e1stico con una producci\u00f3n relativamente peque\u00f1a. Este tipo de cabeza de matriz de extrusora de pelletizaci\u00f3n se utiliza generalmente para manejar materiales pl\u00e1sticos con alta viscosidad y alta temperatura. El riesgo de obstrucci\u00f3n se reduce gracias al dise\u00f1o especial de la cabeza de descarga de escoria sin malla. Esta cabeza de matriz es adecuada para procesar materias primas que contienen una gran cantidad de impurezas. Al mismo tiempo, la cabeza de descarga de escoria sin malla no requiere limpieza frecuente.
