class=\"wp-block-heading\">Funktionsweise der Wachs-Granulierlinie<\/h2>    <p>Die Wachs-Granulierlinie arbeitet durch einen kontinuierlichen Prozess von Erhitzen, F\u00f6rdern, Granulieren und K\u00fchlen:<\/p>    <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Erhitzen und Mischen<\/h3>    <p>Rohmaterialien werden in einem R\u00fchrtank erhitzt und geschmolzen. Farbe oder Zusatzstoffe k\u00f6nnen in dieser Phase je nach Kundenanforderungen f\u00fcr kundenspezifische Produktion hinzugef\u00fcgt werden.<\/p>    <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Isolierter Transport<\/h3>    <p>Die geschmolzene Masse wird durch Rohrleitungen zum Granuliersystem transportiert. Eine Thermo\u00f6lheizung h\u00e4lt die Temperatur, um ein Erstarren w\u00e4hrend des Transports zu verhindern.<\/p>    <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Granulierung<\/h3>    <p>Die fl\u00fcssige Masse wird gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig auf den Paraffinwachs-Pastillator verteilt und bildet gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige halbkugelf\u00f6rmige Granulate.<\/p>    <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
