Sie wird h\u00e4ufig in Trockeneisstrahl-, Industrie-K\u00fchlung-, K\u00e4lteketten-Transport- und Trockeneisverarbeitungsanwendungen eingesetzt.<br>Die Maschine kann kontinuierlich hochdichte Trockeneis-Pellets mit einheitlicher Gr\u00f6\u00dfe produzieren. Die Pellets k\u00f6nnen direkt in Trockeneisstrahlmaschinen ohne Nachbearbeitung verwendet werden.<\/p>    <p>Je nach unterschiedlichen Produktionsanforderungen ist die Trockeneis-Pelletiermaschine in mehreren Modellen erh\u00e4ltlich, von SL-50 bis SL-500, mit Kapazit\u00e4ten von kleinen bis industriellen Dauerproduktionen.<\/p>    <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Funktionsprinzip der Trockeneis-Pelletmaschine<\/h2>    <p>Die Trockeneis-Pelletiermaschine verwendet fl\u00fcssiges CO\u2082 als Rohmaterial. Innerhalb eines versiegelten Systems wird das fl\u00fcssige CO\u2082 schnell expandiert, gek\u00fchlt und komprimiert, wodurch es in festen Trockeneis umgewandelt wird.<\/p>    <p>Das Trockeneis wird dann durch eine Formd\u00fcse extrudiert, um Pellets zu produzieren, die direkt durch den Ausgang entlassen werden.<br>Die Maschine kann je nach Standortanforderungen mit Ein- oder Doppel-Auslassrohren ausgestattet werden.<\/p>    <p>Trockeneisbeh\u00e4lter k\u00f6nnen direkt unter dem Entladeausgang platziert werden, sodass die Pellets direkt in den Beh\u00e4lter fallen, was
