Diese Komponenten wirken im gesamten Produktionsprozess zusammen und realisieren schlie\u00dflich die Verarbeitung, Granulierung, das Schneiden und andere Prozesse des Kunststoffrecyclings.<\/p>    <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00fctterungssystem<\/h2>    <p class=\"translation-block\">Das Zuf\u00fchrungssystem ist eine der wichtigen Komponenten des<a href=\"https:\/\/recyclingmachines.org\/de\/pp-pe-ldpe-waste-film-recycling-line\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/recyclingmachines.org\/pp-pe-ldpe-waste-film-recycling-line\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Kunststoff-Granulators<\/a>. Es besteht haupts\u00e4chlich aus einem Feeder, einer Schneckenf\u00f6rderung und einem Extruder. Es besteht aus einem Paar rotierender Schnecken und einem vorgeheizten Zylinder, der den Kunststoff erhitzen, plastifizieren und sanft extrudieren kann, um das gew\u00fcnschte k\u00f6rnige Material zu bilden. Der Extruder ist die Hauptkomponente eines langsam laufenden Kunststoffgranulators.
