Beim Pelletieren kommt es manchmal vor, dass hohle Kunststoffpellets entstehen. Hohle Kunststoffpellets k\u00f6nnen gewisse Auswirkungen auf die Eigenschaften und Verwendungsm\u00f6glichkeiten von Kunststoffmaterialien haben. Dies kann zu hohlen Partikeln oder gebrochenen Streifen f\u00fchren.<\/li>    <li>Ein gr\u00f6\u00dferer Spalt zwischen Schnecke und Zylinder oder eine schwache Schneckenscherung f\u00fchren zu einer schlechten Plastifizierung und zur Bildung von Hohlr\u00e4umen.<\/li>    <li>Die K\u00fchlwassertemperatur ist zu niedrig. Materialschrumpfung in Wasser, wodurch Lunker entstehen. Generell sollten bei kristallinen Kunststoffen (wie PP, PA, PBT etc.) niedrige Wassertemperaturen verwendet werden.
