Heute stellen wir diese drei Arten von D\u00fcsenk\u00f6pfen f\u00fcr Maschinen zur Granulatherstellung vor.<\/p>    <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elektrischer Getriebekopf<\/h2>    <p>Der elektrische Zahnradd\u00fcsenkopf wird von einem Elektromotor angetrieben und realisiert den Extrusions- und Pelletierungsprozess von Kunststoffen \u00fcber ein Zahnradgetriebe. Diese Art von D\u00fcsenkopf eignet sich f\u00fcr die Arbeit mit Pelletiermaschinen f\u00fcr Kunststoffabf\u00e4lle mit relativ geringem Aussto\u00df. Das Verstopfungsrisiko wird durch das spezielle Design des schmelzefreien Abzugs-Schneckenkopfs reduziert. Dieser Schneckenkopf ist f\u00fcr die Verarbeitung von Rohmaterialien mit einer gro\u00dfen Menge an Verunreinigungen geeignet. Gleichzeitig erfordert der schmelzefreie Abzugs-Schneckenkopf keine h\u00e4ufige Reinigung.
