Es handelt sich um eine Kunststoffl\u00f6sung f\u00fcr das Recycling von EPS-Schaum. Das Endprodukt sind Kunststoffpellets mit einer Produktionskapazit\u00e4t von 100\u2013500 kg pro Stunde.<\/p>    <p>Der EPE-Pelletierungsprozess unterscheidet sich geringf\u00fcgig vom EPS, den wir Ihnen im Folgenden ausf\u00fchrlich vorstellen.<\/p>    <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Welche Schaumstoffe k\u00f6nnen pelletiert werden?<\/h2>    <p>Verschiedene Arten von Schaumstoffen k\u00f6nnen pelletiert werden, darunter expandiertes Polystyrol (EPS), expandiertes Polypropylen (EPP) und expandiertes Polyethylen (EPE). Aufgrund der gro\u00dfen Gr\u00f6\u00dfe des EPS-Schaums muss dieser zun\u00e4chst zerkleinert werden, um in den Granulator zu gelangen. Schlie\u00dflich werden die Kunststoffpellets in den <a href=\"https:\/\/recyclingmachines.org\/de\/poly-pellets-storage-container\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1783\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lagerbeh\u00e4lter<\/a> geladen.<\/p> <\/div><\/div>    <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EPE-Schaum-Pelletisierungsprozess<\/h2>    <p>Im Gegensatz zur EPS-Granulierung kann EPE-Material direkt in den Pelletierer gelangen. Dies liegt daran, dass EPE-Material weicher ist und die EPE-Schaumgranulatmaschine \u00fcber eine Zuf\u00fchrvorrichtung zum Zerkleinern verf\u00fcgt. Dies ist auch ein gro\u00dfes Problem beim Recycling von EPS-Schaum. Um dieses Problem zu l\u00f6sen, empfehlen wir den Einsatz eines speziellen Schaumverdichters. Es komprimiert das Schaumstoffmaterial und verringert dessen Volumen, wodurch sich die Kosten f\u00fcr Lagerung und Transport verringern.<\/p>    <p class=\"translation-block\">Shuliy kann Ihnen zwei verschiedene Arten von Schaumkompaktoren anbieten, <a href=\"https:\/\/recyclingmachines.org\/de\/eps-hot-melting-recycling-machine\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1744\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">eine Schmelzmaschine f\u00fcr Schaum<\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/recyclingmachines.org\/de\/styrofoam-compactor-for-eps-foam\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1767\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">eine Schaumkompaktormaschine<\/a>, aus denen Sie w\u00e4hlen k\u00f6nnen. Beide erf\u00fcllen die gleiche Funktion, indem sie Schaum komprimieren und dessen Volumen reduzieren.
