Schaumgranulators ist haupts\u00e4chlich in mehrere Schritte unterteilt. Zun\u00e4chst wird das EPE-Schaummaterial durch die Zwangszuf\u00fchrungsvorrichtung gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig in den Granulator eingespeist. <\/p>    <p>Anschlie\u00dfend erhitzt die Heizvorrichtung im Inneren der Maschine das Material in einen geschmolzenen Zustand. <\/p>    <p>Dann dr\u00fcckt eine rotierende Schnecke das geschmolzene EPE zum D\u00fcsenkopf, durch den kontinuierliche Streifen extrudiert werden.
