Recently, we had the opportunity to work with a Nigerian client who required a customized friction washer machine to improve the efficiency of their existing PET bottle recycling line. This project demonstrated how tailored designs can integrate seamlessly into existing systems while addressing unique customer preferences.
Understanding the Client’s Needs
The Nigerian client operates a well-established PET bottle washing plant. However, they needed to enhance the cleanliness of their PET bottle flakes by adding a آلة غسالة الاحتكاك to their production process.
To ensure smooth integration with their current system, it was essential to customize the new machine. The client provided detailed drawings and dimensions of their existing equipment, including the heights of the feeding and discharging points. These specifics served as a guide for tailoring the friction washing machine to seamlessly match their production flow.
Customized Design Solutions
Based on the client’s input, we made several modifications to ensure the machine met their expectations:
Feeding and Discharging Heights:
The friction washer machine was designed with precise height adjustments to align with the feeding and discharging points of the client’s existing line. This ensured a smooth flow of material without requiring additional changes to their setup.
Appearance and Color Preferences:
The customer had special requirements for the appearance and color of the machine. The main body shell is in dark grey, while the legs of the stand are in red.

Delivering the Final Product
